Frequently asked questions
How warm does it get, and is it safe to leave on?
Just the right kind of warm. Choose from three gentle heat settings, and the built-in auto-shutoff timer means you can relax, doze off on the couch, and never worry.
How long does the warmth last?
Up to 8 hours on Low, enough for a whole game day or a long evening outside. It runs on any USB power bank, and you can recharge that power bank from a laptop or wall adapter.
Does it come with a power bank?
It doesn't, but any standard 5V USB power bank works. If you don't have one, you can add ours for $9.99, or buy 2 wraps and get 2 power banks free.
Can I wash it?
Yes! Just unplug and remove the battery pack, and toss it in the wash. The heating panels are made to handle repeated washing, so it stays soft and cozy all season.
Will it fit me? Is it bulky?
It's one size and made to drape. It rests softly over your shoulders and zips up the front, so it feels like a hug, not a heavy coat.
Is it okay for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. The soft fabric sits between you and the heating panel, so the warmth feels gentle, and you're always in control of how warm it gets.
Can two people share it?
It's made for one, but the roomy zip-up cut makes cuddling up together very easy. (Or just get two, which we highly recommend.)
Do I need to remove the battery to charge it?
Nope. Just plug the cable right in.
What if something stops working?
You're covered. The manufacturer warranty protects the heating element and battery against defects, with a repair or replacement.
When will it arrive?
We ship your order the very next business day, and it usually arrives about a week later. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. Shipping is always free.
What if I don't love it?
Then we'll make it right with our 30-Day Cozy Promise. Holiday orders (Nov 1 – Dec 24) can be returned all the way until January 31, so gifts are always safe.
